Access is restricted to authorized personnel within your organization, and our support team can only view data if explicitly granted permission by you. Is there a setup or implementation fee?
Yes, a nominal setup fee applies to cover Keka’s comprehensive onboarding process. This includes guided configuration of payroll, importing employee data, validating past salary records, and customizing features to suit your needs. Our expert-led onboarding ensures a seamless transition and helps you maximize the platform’s potential from day one.
Is there a lock-in period or cancellation fee?
No, Keka does not require a lock-in period, and you can cancel at any time without any cancellation fees. However, please note that we do not offer prorated refunds. Your account will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
Can Keka assist with best practices for policies, salary structures, and compliance?
Keka provides pre-configured, employee-friendly salary structures and can assist with setting up payroll compliance as part of the onboarding process—at no additional cost. We also offer recommendations for leave policies, attendance management, and other HR operations. While we provide guidance, we encourage you to customize these policies to align with your organization’s unique needs.
